Reservation Terms
These terms apply to rented or reserved products and services, collectively referred to as "items."
Making a Reservation

A reservation becomes binding once the order/payment confirmation has been sent to the customer’s provided email address.
Payment must be made according to the chosen payment method and its terms.
The reservation system sends an order/payment confirmation to the customer’s email.
The merchant is not responsible for failed reservations; the customer must contact the merchant immediately to resolve any issues.
The merchant does not guarantee the item’s availability at any given moment.
If the item is unavailable, payment will be refunded, or an alternative item offered if possible.
Cancellations and Changes
The cancellation date is the date the merchant receives the notice of cancellation.
The customer is responsible for sending the cancellation in time.
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge if done 24 hours or more before the start of the reservation.
Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before the start will be charged the full rental price.
A reservation may be rescheduled upon the customer’s request under the following conditions:
Only one reschedule is allowed.
The item cannot be changed in a reschedule.
Rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours before the original reservation start.
If a rescheduled reservation is cancelled, the full rental price applies regardless of the cancellation timing.
Merchant’s Right to Cancel
In case of force majeure, the merchant may cancel the rental agreement and will notify the customer immediately.
The customer is entitled to a full refund of the paid rental fee.
The merchant is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer due to force majeure.

Customers must read and follow safety and usage instructions. Equipment must be used carefully and only for its intended purpose.
Rental equipment cannot be taken out of the country or sub-rented.
Equipment may only be used within the limits allowed by the terms and appropriate for the user’s skill level.
The customer assumes all responsibility for the equipment and accessories.
For watercraft (e.g., packrafts, canoes, kayaks, SUP boards, rowboats), the customer confirms swimming ability and prior experience.
Equipment must be returned immediately at the end of the rental period to the agreed location. Delays must be reported immediately; the merchant may charge full rental fees for the extra time.
The customer is liable for any damage or loss due to misuse or negligence and must cover the replacement value of lost or destroyed equipment.
The customer is responsible for compliance with transport, safety, and other regulations and must report any equipment defects immediately.
The merchant is responsible for normal wear and tear repairs but is not liable for direct or indirect costs or damages caused by equipment failure, nor obliged to provide replacement equipment.
Liability for Damages
The customer must compensate the merchant for any damage caused to rental equipment.
The merchant is not responsible for natural conditions, such as insects, animals, poor weather, or unexpected environmental conditions, causing inconvenience or costs to the customer.
Complaints
Complaints must be made promptly after the issue arises.
If a satisfactory resolution is not reached or compensation is sought, complaints must be submitted in writing within one month after the rental period ends.
The merchant will process complaints as quickly as possible, but no longer than one month.
If the customer and merchant cannot reach an agreement, the matter may be submitted to the Consumer Disputes Board.
